Vincent Van Gogh is one of the world’s most famous painters. In fact, you might have seen his work around before but never realised he was the amazing artist behind it. Van Gogh's work is so beautiful but did you know, he had a very sad life? One that involved him cutting off his ear - Ouch! Join along to learn about Van Gogh's tragic life, his amazing masterpieces and what inspired him. We'll then work on drawing our very own bedroom just like he did. Have fun painting your room the way it is ( How lovely and memorable it would be, to be able to capture it at a time like this! ) Or you can design your own dream bedroom. Add in cool stuff like a fun bed, a glittery wall, neon rainbows or hanging planets! The ideas are endless… Or you can even simply just draw your favourite things in your room!

I absolutely love sharing about different artists, their lives and amazing masterpieces with the children I teach in my little yurt. With the new staying home restrictions, I thought I’d bring my little Art Yurt to you and your family, via the amazing internet! Now everyone, near or far… can all join in together with me to make some Art. Hooray! : )
