Join along to learn all about Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, her life story and amazing self portraits! I'll teach you how to draw a portrait the right way, using 'measurements'. You can then practice your new portrait drawing skills by drawing all your family members and once you've mastered your new skill, work on your very own portrait Frida Kahlo - style by adding in your favourite animals!

DO NOTE: For younger children, my portrait drawing method will be quite tricky. This does not mean they can't do the activity. I’ve included instructions on how to simplify the activity!

I absolutely love sharing about different artists, their lives and amazing masterpieces with the children I teach in my little yurt. With the new staying home restrictions, I thought I’d bring my little Art Yurt to you and your family, via the amazing internet! Now everyone, near or far… can all join in together with me to make some Art. Hooray! : )

Unlike a live class where the internet connection might be choppy, or you can’t stream in and watch at a certain time… I’ve chosen to create a 30 mins ( Approx ) video instead! Upon purchasing, you’ll get sent a super special link to watch this video online!
